The problem
The home’s fascia boards were full of dry rot. The cause was simple: no drip edge had been installed when the home was built, so for years water ran behind the boards and slowly broke them down.
The work we performed
Brian and a crew of four handled the project from start to finish:
- Removed the old, dry-rotted fascia boards
- Added the missing drip edge to correct the drainage
- Installed new fascia boards
- Custom-made new gutters to fit the home
